Compare the Donut Galaxy and Desert Dusk one-size pocket diapers from Squishy Lil' Campers. Both fit 8-40 lbs with the same features; your choice comes down to print preference.
Quick answer
Donut Galaxy and Desert Dusk are identical in fit and function; your choice is purely about which print you prefer.
Same diaper, different look
Both the Donut Galaxy-OS and Desert Dusk-OS are one-size pocket diapers from Squishy Lil' Campers that fit babies approximately 8 to 40 pounds. They share the same inside lining, hip snaps, dirty closure snaps, tummy panel, and double back elastic opening. The only difference is the outer print.
Because the construction and sizing are identical, there is no performance trade-off between the two. Your decision comes down to which design you find more appealing for your stash.
What stays the same
Both diapers feature a gray AWJ (Athletic Wicking Jersey) inside lining, hip snaps for adjustability, and dirty closure snaps that let you roll up a soiled diaper like a disposable. The 5 cm tummy panel and double back elastic help contain messes, and an insert is not included with either.
If you already own one of these diapers, adding the other will give you a consistent fit and wash routine.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Print selection: Donut Galaxy features a playful space-themed print with donuts and stars. Desert Dusk offers a warm, earthy sunset-inspired design. Choose the print that matches your personal style or nursery theme.
- Identical performance: Both diapers use the same shell, lining, and closure system. There is no difference in absorbency, fit range, or durability. If you already have one, the other will perform exactly the same.
- Insert not included: Neither diaper comes with an insert. You will need to purchase or reuse absorbent inserts separately. Factor in the cost of inserts when building your stash.
