The fabric is nicely thick without feeling heavy, so it stays put during all the splashing and digging in the sand. My kid's skin looks way less irritated after a whole afternoon at the shore.

The sleeves are long enough that I don't have to reapply sunscreen on my son's arms every half hour, and the fabric stayed soft even after a full day of saltwater and sand. He didn't complain once about it feeling scratchy or tight, which is basically a miracle for a swim shirt in our house.

My daughter wore this all day at the beach and the coverage held up perfectly through sand, splashing, and repeated dips. The fabric dried surprisingly fast between swims, which made the walk back to the car way more comfortable for her.
