The wide pocket opening is a lifesaver for diaper changes on a squirmy toddler—I can get a fresh diaper in without wrestling him. For a 14-pound baby, the hip snaps gave us a snug fit right away, and the 5cm opening feels thoughtfully sized for quick swaps.
